Who we are

ARK Table is a meal-planning service at arktable.app. Operated by ARK Wellness. [Legal entity and address to be added] In these terms, “we” and “us” means ARK Wellness, and “you” means the person using ARK Table.

What ARK Table is

ARK Table helps you plan family dinners, size portions, build grocery lists and estimate food costs. It includes Noah, an AI kitchen assistant. By using ARK Table you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Not medical advice

ARK Table is food planning. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. Talk with your clinician before changing your diet for a medical reason.

Allergies and food safety

Recipes list common allergens, but we can’t guarantee any meal is free of an allergen or safe for an allergy. Ingredients and manufacturing vary. Always read labels, check for cross-contact and follow safe food-handling practice.

Noah and AI output

Noah’s suggestions are generated by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters, especially amounts, cooking temperatures and ingredients. Noah won’t diagnose, recommend supplements or call a meal “allergy safe”.

Savings estimates

Savings figures are illustrative comparisons against USDA family food budgets, shown as up to $4,400 a year. They are not a promise of what you will save.

Your account

Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You need to be at least 18 to buy a paid plan.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then stops. Noah credit top-ups are passed through at our cost. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Founding member pricing stays in place for as long as your membership remains active. We’ll give you notice before any change to what you pay.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse ARK Table: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, resell it, or use it to break the law.

Content and ownership

ARK Table’s recipes, text, design and software belong to ARK Wellness. You may use them for your own household. Anything you add, such as notes or your own recipes, stays yours.

Limits of liability

ARK Table is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. You can stop using ARK Table at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
