The basics
What is ARK Table?
A dinner planner for families. It plans a week of whole-food dinners, sizes portions for each person, and turns the week into one grocery list for any store. It’s made by ARK Wellness.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. The planner, recipes, smart grocery list, savings and health meters, and 3 Noah actions are free, with no card. You can also download the free 7-day plan as a PDF.
What do the paid plans cost?
ARK Plus is $8.95 a month or $89 a year. ARK Family is $17.95 a month or $179 a year. ARK Concierge is coming later. Paid plans open soon, and founding members lock in their price. See pricing.
Do I need a particular grocery store?
No. The list works anywhere. Amounts are written the way stores sell them, so you can shop at your usual store, a warehouse club or a market.
Can I import my recipes from another app?
Not at the moment. ARK Table uses its own recipes and doesn’t import accounts, recipes or lists from other apps. ARK Table isn’t affiliated with Mealime or Albertsons.
The meters
Where does “up to $4,400 a year” come from?
The USDA Food Plans publish monthly food budgets for a family of four. The gap between the moderate-cost and thrifty plans is just over $4,400 a year. We show “up to $4,400” and never more. It’s an illustration, not measured savings or a guarantee, and your number depends on what you spend now.
What does the real-food meter measure?
The share of a week’s ingredients that are whole or minimally processed. It scores the food on the plan, not you, and it isn’t a health assessment.
Noah
What is Noah?
Noah is the AI kitchen assistant in ARK Table. It can swap dinners, plan around what’s in your fridge, adjust for budget and time, and scale recipes. Every account gets 3 actions free; paid plans include a monthly allowance.
What won’t Noah do?
Noah doesn’t diagnose, recommend supplements, interpret lab results or call a meal “allergy safe”. For questions about a medical condition or a therapeutic diet, it refers you to a registered dietitian or your doctor. Like any AI, it can make mistakes, so check anything important.
Health and safety
Can ARK Table handle food allergies?
Each recipe lists its allergens, and you can hide dishes with allergens you want to avoid. A list can’t guarantee a meal is safe for an allergy. Always check labels and cross-contact.
Is this medical advice?
No. ARK Table is food planning built from whole ingredients. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk with your clinician about individual needs.
Your account
What happens to my data?
Your plan data is stored on your device. We keep your name and email to run your account, and we never sell them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See the privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans cancel anytime and stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Unused Noah credits are refunded on request. See the refund policy.
