Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then it stops and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part of a period you’ve started.
Noah credits
Unused Noah credits are refunded on request. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll refund the unused balance to your original payment method.
Charged in error
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for something you didn’t choose, tell us and we’ll put it right.
How to ask
Email [email protected] or use the contact form with the email on your account and what you’d like refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
The free plan
The free plan and the free 7-day PDF cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.
