The short version

We collect only what we need to run ARK Table.
Your weekly plan data is stored on your device.
We never sell your personal information.
You can ask us to delete your data anytime at [email protected].

What we collect

Name and email, when you sign up, download the free plan, join a waitlist or contact us.
Messages you send through the contact form.
Plan data such as household profiles, chosen dinners and lists. This is stored on your device. If you turn on sync with a paid plan, it is stored on our servers so it can reach your other devices.
Campaign details such as the ad or link that brought you to a sign-up page (for example utm tags), and your approximate country.
Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run your account, send the plan or emails you asked for, answer your messages, process payments, keep ARK Table secure, and understand which pages and ads work. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.

We use a small number of service providers, only to run ARK Table:

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores sign-ups.
Stripe processes payments.
OpenAI processes the requests you make to Noah so it can answer them. Don’t put sensitive medical details in Noah requests.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ advertising.

Cookies

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your account is active or while you’re subscribed to emails, then delete them within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep records, such as payment records.

Your choices and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it.

Children

ARK Table is meant for adults planning for their households. Family profiles hold only what you choose to enter, such as a first name and preferences. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
