What does “locked for life” mean?
If you join as a founding member, you keep your founding price for as long as your membership stays active, even if our public prices rise later. If you cancel and come back, current prices apply.
How does billing work?
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly through Stripe, our payment processor, and renew automatically until you cancel. Yearly saves about 17% compared with paying monthly. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in a couple of taps. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then it stops. You won’t be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions stop at the end of the current period rather than being refunded part-way. Unused Noah credits are refunded on request. If you were charged in error, tell us and we’ll put it right. See the refund policy.
What are Noah credits?
Noah runs on a paid AI model. Free accounts get 3 actions, and paid plans include a monthly allowance. If you use Noah heavily, you can top up with $5, $10 or $20 of credits. We pass credits through at our cost, with no markup.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between monthly and yearly, or between Plus and Family, whenever you like. Changes take effect at your next billing date.
